Alice Dwyer
Biography
Alice Dwyer was born in Berlin in 1988 and applied to an acting agency at the age of 9. Two years later she took on her first leading role in "Anna Wunder". At the age of 13 she played a 15-year-old girl in "Baby" who seduces her father's boyfriend. She then played the young cigarette smuggler Katharina in Hans-Christian Schmid's "Distant Lights", which won the German Film Award in silver in 2003.
In 2008 she won the award for best young actress at the Filmfestival Max Ophüls Preis in Saarbrücken for the films "Die Tränen meiner Mutter" and "Act of Violence".
