Born in Vienna in 1993, Thomas Schubert played his first leading role in "Breathing" by Karl Markovics (2011). In the casting he was selected from 300 candidates. Up to this point he had not undergone any professional acting training. The juries of the Austrian Film Award and the Sarajevo Film Festival were so impressed by his performance that he was awarded the prize for best actor in both cases.

Ricarda Seifried lives as an actress in Munich where she also grew up. She began her acting education at the London Met Film School and the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art in 2010, moved back to Germany four years later and graduated from the Bavarian Theatre Academy August Everding in Munich in 2017.

Born in Lüdenscheid in 1979, Jean-Luc Bubert now lives as an actor in Cologne. He studied at the Zurich University of Music and Drama and the Westphalian Drama School in Bochum. From 2006 to 2008 he was an ensemble member at the Düsseldorf Schauspielhaus and from 2008 to 2017 at the Munich Volkstheater. In addition to his theatre roles, Jean-Luc Bubert can be seen time and again in major television and cinema productions.
